Hello there!
I'm Suzanne, a board-certified speech-language pathologist and founder of Talk To Me SLP. I hold the Clinical Certificate of Competence through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California. I hold a Master's and B.S. in Communicative Disorders and Sciences and a B.S. in Communication.
My Story
I am deeply passionate about working with children and believe therapy should be engaging, meaningful, and fun. I take a creative, individualized approach, tailoring each session to a child's unique interests so learning feels natural and motivating. At Talk to Me SLP, we support children and families through fun, engaging, and evidence-based speech and language therapy. We meet your child where they are and help them grow confidence in communication- at home, at school, and in every day life. We are committed to fostering effective communication skills that empower children and support their families.
As a parent of children who were born prematurely and received physical therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, and speech services, I bring an added level of compassion and empathy to my work. I truly understand the emotions, questions, and hopes that families experience, and I strive to support both children and parents every step of the way.
